G2A, Piracy, and the Four Currencies

My friend had a less than stellar experience with G2A. Here’s an exchange he had with their customer support: http://i.imgur.com/Khj98xc.jpg

Never used G2A, was sent here from an article on meh.com, but in support of this article which is well written and quite thought provoking I bought the game (It actually looks fun and I was looking for something to play anyway).

P.S. You guys should have a video / trailer of the game / gameplay on the site. I couldn’t even really find anything on Youtube.

Cheers,

In the end they resolved it by using the humble widget for purchases via their homepage:

If credit card fraud is such an issue for you it might be worth the fee they take

Anyways keep up the great work - DQ1 was a great surprise when I discovered it in your very first steam sale!
