If your game is over 450 MB you have to pay extra for a PEGI license

What sort of nutty logic does that make? What does game size have to do with anything?

I can only assume it has to do with storage space (or, much less likely, download time?)

Just an arbitrary (and outdated) rule. 450 mb or less qualifies you as a “casual” game, and a cheaper rating fee. I’m glad the option exists, but the cutoff is strange.
