My gaming blog

Hi, I know I will probably be ignored, mostly because this is my second/third post here, but I would like to ask you some help: I am an journalist-in-learning (a university in Poland, a field of study called “Journalism and social communication”) and I created a blog in which I will write in english about games and anything gamish in nature. I would ask for help in two ways:

  1. Just come in time to time and give me some constructive feedback on what and how I wrote. Also, comment on my english, it’s not my main language, as you can see.
  2. Give me some ideas on future articles.

A slight update to my blog has came :smiley: You can always just watch my blog, you will avoid the ads that way…

Will do an RO 2 review/first impressions as soon as it will work for me. Until that, I will work on a next indie game spotlight.

Thanks for the tip.

BTW, you also asked for feedback for the blog - and my feedback is not going to be very favorable - the reviews are way too short (not really saying much) and in case of DQ, doing a video of the very start of the game doesn’t do it a very good service. Maybe it’s my fault, expecting more from a blog than I should :slight_smile: , so please do not let me discourage you…

Any feedback, is good feedback. And making a review you need to be careful not to tell too much, that’s the whole reason why it’s so short. And also, those little “reviews” aren’t quite reviews, they are more something like a short presentation that this thing exists.

What do you think about the BG:EE review? That’s the only thing I wrote thinking it’s the real thing :slight_smile:

I don’t know the game (yea, a shame, I own it on Gog but my backlog is about 50 games right now :slight_smile:

The GOG version of Baldur’s Gate 1 and The Enhanced Edition are somewhat different. The latter has revamped graphics, a few new characters, and most of the options from the sequel (such as subclasses) added to it :slight_smile:
