It’s been a while since I’ve read any fantasy stuff (David Gaider’s Dragon Age books aside.)

I read the first seven Shanarra books, but never really continued on with them. It’s also been a while since I’ve touched my early Dark Sun and Forgotten Realms books like Azure Bonds.

I’ll probably pick up Drew Karpyshyn’s Children of Fire books, because it’s Drew and he’s never let me down yet.

I never read any Goosebumps because that was so past my time. Why? Because my younger brother read them first. Hence, it was dismissed after that. :lol:

I also avoided reading for fun during college. It kinda happens when most of the time you have a book in front of you, it’s work. It’s hard to get pleasure from it. I guess college can give you a case of Book-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

THANK YOU. Hell I’m pretty sure it can give you ptsd anyways, since my first summer after I transferred to a Uni, it took me two months to not feel like I had something due. Luckily, my Uni gives three full months for a summer vacation. (Didn’t help that I had a lot going on that year and the next. And went from a semester to a quarter system)

Work, took the kids bowling last weekend for the Big Brothers event, bug testing a game and waiting for a new build for it, got a hold of the 2nd Dexter book and few more Frost novels, just about to finally get into South Park: SoT.

Work, finally getting my dresser from wal-mart built after eight months, and slowly putting away boxes. I dunno if I can reach the drill part for my crummy bookcase, but I should nail it in soon so I can put some of my books away. Oh, and slowly advancing in persona 3:fes. Slowly. Almost at the finish line and defeated death, so I’m getting insane exp boosts now from the bonus dungeon.

Oh and if anyone’s curious, the accurate member count is probably around five hundred, excluding all the zombie registrations that have taken place. (Or would it be more accurate to call them revenant registrations?)
We should all ask our friends to sign up, if we know they have the game! :smiley: I think it’s cool when official forums have regular activity, even when there’s no recent news.

@Mendude: Nah, it was spam. For one, their signature had a link. For two, that’s just not how people talk, unless trying to advertise. Even if it was relatively proper english (even for a bot!), no one says that they were “feeling chic”. Bots always have slightly off word usage, even if it’s technically proper english. (It’s more hilarious when bots try to write fiction. I still need to write about the epic button journey.)
Lastly, there was a ton of broken code, meaning it was a pre-made message, something for a bot to copy and paste.

I went ahead and deleted it, since yeah ad links to michael kors fashion or whatever it is usually means bots around here.

Well, there were school breaks at the middle of the month (for 2 weeks), and today is a holiday here. I’ve been doing random stuff in the PC. :slight_smile:
